Overview

Where type hits hardest.

Poster design is where typography, color, and narrative collide in a single frame. No scrolling, no second page - you get one shot to land the story.

These are selected pieces across space exploration, film, and editorial. The Next Frontier was a winning entry in the Project Mars competition and featured on NASA.gov - a piece I'm especially proud of. The film posters reimagine classic narratives through pure design, no screenshots, no stills. Every poster starts with a story and ends with something worth putting on a wall.

The Approach

01

Start with the story

Every poster begins with a narrative hook, not a layout. What's the one thing someone should feel in two seconds? That's the brief. The Next Frontier started with the awe of catching a first glimpse of Mars from a window seat - everything else followed from that feeling.

02

Typography does the heavy lifting

Type isn't decoration - it's the architecture. Scale, weight, and spacing set the tone before the image even registers. The right typeface at the right size can carry more emotion than any photograph.

03

Color as tension

Bold palettes aren't random. Each one is chosen to create contrast, mood, or discomfort - whatever the piece demands. Color becomes a storytelling tool, not just aesthetics.

- Fiction in Frames

Film Posters

A series reimagining classic film narratives through pure design - no screenshots, no stills. Each poster distills a story into a single visual moment: typography sets the tone, color carries the emotion, and composition does the rest. The constraint of one frame forces every element to earn its place.
